The short version: When you request a tow and give us your phone number, we will text you updates about your job. You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

1. What We Do

RPM's Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in the Phillipsburg, NJ area. When you request a quote or schedule a service through our website at rpmsauto.org/quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Text Messages (SMS)

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box during the quote process, you agree to receive text messages from RPM's Towing about your service request. Here is what you need to know:

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 3 to 8 messages per service request. We only text you about active jobs you have requested — no marketing or promotional messages.

Does it cost anything?

Message and data rates may apply. RPM's Towing does not charge you for texts, but your phone carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details.

How do I stop texts?

Reply STOP to any message from our business number. You will get a confirmation and no more texts will be sent. Stopping texts does not cancel your service — we will reach you by phone or email instead.

What carriers are supported?

All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

3. Email Communication

If you provide your email address, we may send you:

If you reply to any email from us, your reply is matched to your job and forwarded to your assigned driver and/or dispatch team.

4. Your Quote and Pricing

Quotes provided through the website are estimates based on the information you provide (pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle type). Final pricing is confirmed by dispatch before service begins. Pricing may be adjusted based on actual road conditions, vehicle accessibility, or other factors discovered on scene.

5. Payment

You can pay online or in cash upon completion. Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Coinbase Commerce. Your card and wallet details are entered directly on the processor's hosted checkout page — we never see or store your credit card number.

When you approve your quote and select a card payment, your card is authorized (a hold is placed) for the quoted amount — but no charge is made until the driver completes the job. Our Payment FAQ explains holds, your statement, receipts, refunds, and disputes in plain English.

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after your driver is already en route.

6. Your Data

Your personal information (name, phone, email, vehicle details) is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data. For full details on what we collect, how we protect it, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Photos

Our drivers may take photos of your vehicle before pickup and after drop-off for documentation purposes. These photos are stored securely and retained for 60 days. They are only accessible to dispatch personnel and your assigned driver.

8. Service Area

RPM's Towing operates in and around Phillipsburg, NJ. Requests outside our service area may be declined.

9. Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
